Organismal Biology
This course explores a broad range of principles in organismal biology with a primary emphasis on evolution, plant form and function, and ecology. Organismal Biology (BIO 272) and Cellular and Molecular Biology (BIO 271) are a robust two-semester sequence for biological science majors. The courses can be taken in any order, however students taking BIO 272 should be aware that BIO 272 requires an undergraduate research project that is writing intensive and provides Communication B credit at UW-Madison.
