The course will focus on managing the project charter, project scope, cost, integration, schedule, quality, communication, risk, resources, stakeholders and procurement as well as organizing a daily scrum meeting, updating a project backlog, completing a sprint, testing, and iterating into a new item from the product backlog. MS Project will be used to create important project deliverables. Group work, organizational skills, teamwork, collaboration, and oral/written communication skills will be emphasized.
