Students learn the art of plating desserts in modern contemporary format. Working with various dessert components, students will gain a hands on experience on how to apply plating techniques to desserts.
Reserved for Baking & Decorative Arts & Culinary Program students. Baking students must have completed Principles of Sanitation, 10316101 and Baking Principles, 31314309. Culinary Students must have successfully completed 1st year program courses.
