Business Communication
Learners will develop, practice and apply business and managerial communication skills and tactics. Topics include active listening; concise business writing and speaking; non-verbal communication and body language; adapting social styles; successfully managing difficult (“crucial”) conversations and conflict; customer interactions including handling customer complaints; working with diverse others; bias, stereotypes and workplace harassment; negotiation tactics; business networking, persuasive speaking, video conferencing, shared documents and conducting coaching/performance evaluations.
