Description
Learn ancient practices designed to focus the mind and help you feel stronger, calmer, and more resilient in life. In this course, we will explore how to meditate using the breath, body sensations, sounds, thoughts, emotions, loving kindness, and open awareness. We will also use HeartMath Inner Balance biofeedback devices in order to watch what happens in the nervous system as we practice different techniques.
